Terminovka is a startup project from Stela Digital, founded in 2024 with the aim of assisting organizers of sports events and a community of athletes. At the same time, there was no website where information could be clearly collected and easily filtered.
Filter according to your preferences, such as: type of sport, circuit of the site, length of the track, elevation, surface of the track, competition series, charity events, children’s runs and more.
Organizers have the option to place the entire gallery of photos from previous years and videos from their events directly in their profile.
You have clear and detailed proposals at your disposal for each individual track of the event.
An online GPX map of the route is also available directly at Terminovka. Thanks to it, you can effectively plan your run. It also includes detailed trail markings and the option to download a GPX file.
For each event, you will find a complete, clear schedule, thanks to which you will save time searching for information on individual websites.
Quick and efficient event registration. The schedule offers registration of various types of track such as relays, children’s runs and of course ultra trail runs with the option of choosing a T-shirt and refreshments. Track the start of registration tracks through notifications.
With our team, we cover the photography of individual events and their promotion on social networks. For the organizers, we prepare visual materials for promos on social networks and e-mailing, thanks to this, their event reaches a wide target group.
We are building a community of athletes. We promote individual events and document them on race day. We promote the organizers of their event on our social media.
As a part of our cooperation with the organizers, we will photograph the event on the day of its occurence and prepare a short video report for placement on your social media as well.
The organizer gains access to event management, enabling them to take full control and become the master of their event. They can publish and manage their event on Terminovka.
We provide automated payment matching, a payment system using QR code generation, and the option for substitles when the track reaches its capacity.
Thanks to the Admin panel, the organizer has full control over his event.
